This issue of Vittles starts Volume 15. Can it be possible that ye old Editor has been at his computer for 15 years on what to start seemed a rather whimsical idea. We attempted to add up the miles traveled in search of stories but gave this up as math has never been our strong skill.

When we did try to list all the places we visited this seemed too much an effort for too little purpose. Suffice to report that we visited Canada from coast to coast--Halifax to Vancouver; the U.S. from end to end , ten trips to Western Europe, as well as Morocco, Turkey, Brazil, Jamaica, Mexico and Hawaii.

Our faithful correspondent, Vern Lanegrasse, The Hollywood Chef, has proved to be indefatigable in his travels ranging throughout Europe, the U.S. and Hawaii and always reporting on the good things of life for Vittles readers.

Then too we have been fortunate to have Geni Charlesworth to report on restaurants, a subject she knows so very well.

All there is to say in conclusion is to thank both our readers and our contributing writers. Our goal from day one has always been to take a positive view of all the good things of life, food, wine and travel. That will certainly not change.
